Jai Amore Went Backwards!

So most of my supporters and website readers, will already know of Jai Amore, via the millions of tracks Jai and myself have written and worked on in the past (and will continue to do so in the future), so you will already know the talent that oozes this young man.

Backwards has been a project Jai has been working on for a while, collaborating with producer Lawrence Mullock, who also produced my latest work 'Dream', they came up with a beautiful track, with great lyrics and meaning.

To go with the single release, Jai's team have also released a music video to accompany the track. The video fakes parts of the visuals to show use thing's in reverse, meaning Jai had to memorise his lyrics backwards to come across as being "in real time" when you watch the video. Watch the video below:

The Wait Has Ended For L.Marshall

Remember the guy who sang the hook on Wretch's Tractor? The same guy who wrote Loick's How We Roll? That same guy who used to be called just 'L'? Yup, that same guy i told you about way back then. Well, now he's ready, and is about to take 2012 by storm.

I remember sitting in his studio a couple years back, and he was playing me some of his tracks, and he was telling me one day the music industry will change to suit what he does, because at the time it was all pop, and urban artists never got a look in. His music was different, not your average pop or sing-a-long, but powerful! He was the type of singer i admired, why? because he didn't just sing to sing melodies or harmonies, but he used words to make them instead.

So for the last couple of weeks i've been hearing his name crop up everywhere, and from the responses that i'm hearing, i'm so happy he is finally going to showcase the music HE does, not what people expect.

"The Wait" is his solo project, and can be found on his new Mixtape also entitled "The Wait". Download it here: WWW.LMARSHALLMUSIC.COM

My favourite track off the mixtape can only be 'My Ex' which i saw come to life all those years back. definitely my favourite L.Marshall track.

The video is awesome, very creative and good imagery, so support good UK music, check it out below:

Dappy's Not A Simon Cowell Fan

As Dappy's Tulisa's cousin, and the lead member of N-Dubz, it felt right that he be the guest judge or be a part of X-Factor this year in some form or another, but after Tulisa's efforts to persuade Mr Cowell, he just wasn't having it, so he had this to say:

LOVE THIS!!

Ever Done This?

This guy is a legend lol. I used to do similar thing's back in school, but couldn't do it for long as the teachers were always on my case. Worst thing is, a few of my old teachers support my music and will read this. Sorry. We never had Facebook and all these social websites back then, we just had Myspace when it was fresh and just plan old text messaging girls.

50 Cent Re-Creates The Hangover Movie:

To promote the new Street King energy drink, 50 Cent, Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson get together to re-create the epic hangover scene, when they all wake up and realise what has happened (makes me want to go watch the movie again). Fun times, check it out:

Sway Is Still Speedin:

Well actually it's speedING not speedin', but in music we don't care about the English language ;)

So Mr Sway is back with this great record, with a hugh sample, to give it that extra kick, especially if your running your music threw sub-woofers. This is in conjunction with the release of his new album 'The Deliverance'. Sway now and again drops music and freestyles, but i have still never heard a record from him that i feel will get him that No1 spot in the charts, because regardless of what any artist says about the charts and there music, we all want that spot one day. Soon come i hope.

Sway has always been talented and his music is brilliant to those who admire it, and Still Speedin is just up his street. He is one of the few UK artists who do something different and make a track his own, so for that i applaud him.

In regards to the video, i'm not too keen on it, not sure if i understand it if i'm honest, but check it out for yourselves:

Taio Cruz Has A Hangover:

I love this record, one of my favourites he's ever done. Taio really does know how to make a smash hit record, such a talented song writer.

I had a version to this track a long time ago with a totally different production which i still feel is actually better then this version, but i was later told that this track was actually a Flo Rida track with just Taio on the hook, but when Taio decided to make it into his own single, they needed to change the production, and to cause no hard feelings got Flo Rida to feature on it. So i have both versions luckily.

As always his video's are very high budget, great to watch pieces, and with the title being 'Hangover' it was evident what the video concept was going to be about. Check out the video below:
